As a former corporate leader, I believe so much in supporting the employees who make the business successful. Autism touches more and more of us each day. And increasingly, employees struggle with the challenges that autism brings into their lives. That is why I created a special 1-hour seminar, The Empowered Parent, to help employees work through some of their challenges and to be able to reclaim control over their lives and to be happy and successful once again. Typically this seminar is presented in April, which is Autism Awareness Month. But it is very useful any time of year.
