Unexpectedly, my life changed when my 2 year old gifted son was diagnosed with autism. Despite 10 years of research and spending over $200,000 on the best medical, therapeutic, and educational interventions nothing worked. Overwhelmed and distraught, I didn't know where to turn. And then one cool November morning it hit me: the miracle was rooted in my own expertise as a parent and people motivator and educator. So, I quit my corporate job and created a home school for my son.

After extensive training, I recruited and trained a passionate team to work 1:1 with my son.

After 8 years of hard work son transformed from an isolated withdrawn child into a social, outgoing, and focused young man, and I became an international educator, leader, and speaker, helping parents and organizations understand, support, and connect with their autistic children, family, and colleagues.

I am proud to have turned my tragedy into my mission. I’ve developed and delivered a suite of life-changing content, and have helped over 2,000 parents worldwide via audio, video and blogs to workshops, webinars, and hosting an autism TV talk show. I also work with parents one-on-one to help them understand, support and connect with their autistic child of any age. And I work with organizations dedicated to supporting their people through parenting group seminars and creating a more neuro-inclusive, trusting and successful work environment for all of their people.
